Welcome to the Fifteenth Annual Keystone Conference, “A Celebration of Gender Diversity,” hosted by TransCentral PA in Pennsylvania’s capital city of Harrisburg! You are in store for an informative, inspirational and joyous time among members and supporters of the Transgender community at the splendid Harrisburg Hilton Hotel. We are currently updating the regular Keystone website in preparation for the 2025 conference. In the meantime, please Join our email list to be kept up-to-date on Keystone 2025.
Attendees will find four full days of varied and meaningful workshops, seminars and activities and four nights of social functions, the finale being Saturday night’s Keystone Gala Dinner and Dance in the Sheraton’s resplendent Commonwealth Ballroom. For those desiring more social activities, we have arranged activities for all four days as well, and our extraordinary special event rate for this bright and luxurious hotel is extended for those desiring a longer stay in the clean, lovely and historic riverside city of Harrisburg.
Light in the Closet is planning to be at this conference presenting a session. The session is titled: “Senoir Moments”! We will shed some light on what the Bible says about nurture, nature choice, as well as other topics. Many religious leaders had a positive view of gender identity and inclusion. Includes a frank discussion on how we (transgender) are a valuable resource to our spiritual communities.

NATIONAL TRANSGENDER HEALTH SUMMIT – NTHS 2025

The 2025 National Transgender Health Summit (NTHS) will present cutting edge research, evidence-based educational sessions, and training opportunities across many disciplines, with an emphasis on HIV. This landmark program will be our seventh NTHS, and we expect over 1,000 attendees. We have hosted Summits in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2023.
The 2025 NTHS will create sustainable networks for healthcare, mental health, policy makers, HIV prevention professionals, and other stakeholders to advance transgender health across health disciplines. We are building the Summit Program through a combination of peer-reviewed session abstracts and curated content selected by the track chairs and the planning committee. The program will provide a professional forum for the sharing of best practices, innovative techniques, and cutting-edge research.

Since its inception in 1988, Lavender Law® has served as a ‘family reunion’ for LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals to both look back at our shared history and to look forward to the future of the legal profession. The Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair is the largest LGBTQ+ legal conference in the country with over 2,000 attendees attending annually.
The National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s annual Lavender Law® Career Fair is designed to achieve a sense of community and inclusion for LGBTQ+ candidates within the legal profession’s recruiting efforts. By participating in this Fair, candidates will talk directly to LGBTQ+ friendly recruiters from law firms, government agencies, LGBTQ+ rights groups, and corporate legal departments. 2025 PHILADELPHIA TRANS WELLNESS

The Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference (PTWC), has been held annually since 2001. It offers a space for trans people and allies, families, and providers to come together to re-envision what health and wellness means for transgender and gender non-conforming people.
Securing human dignity for others and ourselves is not just a laudable goal, but a necessary part of our expression of faith. This conference offers a faith tract as well as many wellness and medical tracts.
